Where are you?

Give the street address, unit and the entrance involved. For a car, include the lot or garage, level and any known access restrictions. A neighborhood name or landmark provides context but does not replace the exact location.

What is happening?

Say whether you are locked out, need to change who has a working key, or have an operating fault. For vehicle requests, provide the year, make and model and whether another working key exists. You do not need to diagnose the failed part yourself.

Who can authorize the work?

Explain your connection to the property or vehicle and have the relevant authorization available. For rentals and businesses, involve the property manager or building contact where needed. Mention if your documents are locked inside.

What should be confirmed?
